My Purpose
My desire is to encourage and equip women to live the life God has purposed for them. You may not have controlled where your story began, but, with God’s help, your ending can be different.
My story began as a bus kid who would get myself ready and catch the church bus because something in my heart longed to be in God’s house. Years later, during a church camp meeting, God revealed why. My husband is a year and a half older than I am, and when he was born, his parents faithfully prayed for him and for the woman he would one day marry. God showed me that He had been honoring those prayers all along, watching over me until our paths crossed.
From dating through our marriage, serving the Lord together has always been a priority. God blessed us with two beautiful daughters who have been raised in church with their “Pa” as their pastor.
My testimony is simple: Once a bus kid, now a church mom. I share my story to remind women that where you start is not where you must finish. God restores, redeems, and gives purpose. What He has done for me, He can do for you, because He is no respecter of persons.

Meet Stormy
I’m a wife, mom of two amazing daughters, and a woman who loves serving God and ministering in my local church. The Lord has called me to start Church Mom Ministry, and while it has stretched me beyond my comfort zone, it has also given me the opportunity to share my testimony and encourage women that God can transform any story.
By day, I’m a procurement consultant—a career I truly enjoy. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me planning a party or family vacation, creating handmade gifts, tending my garden, baking desserts, or cheering on my family. My husband and I love watching our daughters grow into Godly young women as they begin building families of their own, and our granddog, Gus, always brings an extra smile to our days.
Above all, my greatest desire is to be a fork in the road for my family—to choose a different direction that leaves a legacy of faith for generations to come. My prayer is that my story will encourage you to trust God’s purpose for your life and discover that where you begin doesn’t have to determine where you end. From Bible studies and faith-filled encouragement to delicious recipes, party planning ideas, career guidance, gardening tips, and family trip planning, my hope is to equip and encourage women to honor God while embracing the beautiful calling of home, work, family, and ministry.
